Doctor Emmanuel Sta Cruz practices in two Clinics in the Philippines using a variation of the Manila Protocol that Doctor A.E. Feliciano and Ilya Kaploun in Toronto use.
Dr Cruz appears to be a very honest Doctor according to reports from patients writing to us. His rates are very reasonable, a fraction of the extortionate rate that Dr Feliciano charges.
As reports come in, it appears to strengthen the conclusion that prostate massage with antibiotics applied after, has some merit in cases of Prostatitis of a short-term nature.
Summary:
Dr Cruz admits his success rate is not high and in summary he appears to be a caring, thoughtful Doctor. Definitely a marked improvement of what we personally know of the rude and arrogant attitude of Dr A.E. Feliciano.
